I have always been fond of watching films about James Bond in Russian, but I have never read any books about him, especially in English. So I’ve decided to try and see if the books are much more different from the films and what the original language of such stories is. I should say, I wasn’t disappointed.

Ian Lancaster Fleming worked as a journalist. He created one of the most famous characters in the world. During the Second World War Fleming was an officer in British Navy.

James Bond – the agent of SIS (Secret Intelligent Service) – has a very dangerous mission. He must get information about his friend’s murder. During this mission he meets a very beautiful girl. They fight together against their enemy – Doctor No – who worked for the Soviet Union and murdered their friends. They have lots of adventures.

This book has a wonderful story – exciting and thrilling. The main characters are really lovely: James Bond is a strong and clever spy; Honey is a beautiful and kind girl.

I will definitely recommend this book to everybody because I think they will also enjoy it. It’s quite easy to read and you can’t stop until you read it up to the end.
