My name is Jose. I am from Argentina. I live in Cordoba. I am 16 years old. I go to San
Jose school and I have English classes 3 days a week.
In our school there is a reading a project and the teacher chooses a book to read in class. The book is Treasure Island and author is Robert Stevenson.
The book is about a boy who lives in the coast of England, his father has an inn. One day a pirate carrying a wooden chest arrived at the inn. This pirate was called Capitan Bill. Since Capitan Bill`s arrival many things started to change in Jim`s life. This father died. He discovered that Capitan Bill had a map of a treasure. He was invited to look for that treasure. He went through exciting and thrilling adventures. The part that I liked most was when the good characters of the story such us Squirre, Dr. Livesey, Captain Smollet fight against the pirates. I enjoyed this because there was action, suspense and intrige.
I recommend this book because it makes you use your imagination. It is a very nice story that happens to a teenage boy like me.
I`d like to live similar stories.
